Use Our Truck
• You must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license and
proof of valid insurance.
• You must accept responsibility for all damage incurred to the
truck while in your possession
• You must place a refundable $200.00 deposit at the time of pickup
payable to “The Chantel Ray Real Estate Team”.
The Chantel Ray Team requires a money order or cash in the amount of $200.00
to rent the moving truck. The deposit is held at our office with your
signed Rental Agreement thru the rental term of the truck. The deposit
will be mailed back to you with the fulfillment of the following terms:
• Vehicle is returned within the agreed upon time at date
• Vehicle is returned with the gas tank on Full
• Vehicle is returned in the same condition as picked up for both
the interior or exterior
• Vehicle is turned to the parking spot at Dawson’s Accounting
at the corner of Rosemont Road and 264 to the Ocean Front where the vehicle
is picked up from.
• Vehicle is backed into the parking spot
• No smoking or pets allowed in the moving truck.
• For local use only. Not intended for out of state use.
• Keys to the vehicle are returned to our main office at 195 S.
